  You get to choose your attitude every day – choose wisely.

• Tell me about the happiest you've ever been.

  Putting two feet on horizontal ground after a day of vertical repels down Yosemite Falls! Freezing, exhausted, exhilarated and completely reminded that I was alive.

• Who is your Nemesis?

  Whoever figured out how to refine sugar.

• What’s your favorite board game, and why?

  Chutes and Ladders. You can make it so close to the top and think you've got this game won...only to fall right back down that big slide. But you have to laugh and realize everyone else is sliding and climbing all over the board — there's no one perfect path.

• What is your dream travel destination?

  I have always wanted to go to most places in South America; the environment and the cultures seem irresistibly vibrant.

• What's the best flavor combination you can think of?

  Coconut and Ginger.

• If you could have one magic item what would it be?

  A flying carpet. Oh the places I could go!

  As a Project Manager for Free Range, Leila combines her passion for design with a deep appreciation for social and environmental progress in our world. She began her career as a print and web designer, and in those formative years, morphed her right and left brain talents to design and manage national and local projects in the wine industry. After a brief hiatus to teach swimming and environmental stewardship in Bahamian communities, Leila continues to explore ways to improve her impact on society and the earth. As a California native, you'll find her with a backpack and headlamp either by the ocean, hiking the Sierras, on skis or a slack-line.
