Saving the World: Improving User Experience for a Global NGO
Rainforest Alliance needed to convince its site visitors to take concrete action on the problem of deforestation by donating or volunteering. But the organization's existing web presence left visitors feeling confused, unsure of what to do and how to help.
We worked closely with Rainforest Alliance to revamp the organization's user journey, defining a clear path for visitors to take through the site. By creating a holistic sitemap, new visual design system, and a more navigable user experience, we helped Rainforest Alliance make the intimidating task of saving our planet feel just a bit more possible.
