Building Authority: Helping a Sustainable Fashion Organization Position Itself as a Thought Leader
The Cradle to Cradle Products Innovation Institute offered unparalleled training and certification in the field of sustainable fashion design. Unfortunately, its offerings were lost in a crowded market.
The company hired Free Range to develop a thought-leadership strategy that would reposition it as the go-to authority for sustainable fashion questions. We rebuilt the company's go-to-market model, and organized a network of brand partnerships that helped to raise awareness of its unique offerings.
Thanks to our efforts, five leading fashion brands—H&M, Kering, Loomstate, Zero + Maria Cornejo and Eileen Fisher—joined the Cradle to Cradle Products Innovation Institute's "Fashion Positive Initiative"—a movement focused on accelerating the development of safer, circular materials for use in the apparel industry.
