The World's Smartest Network: Rebranding the New York Academy of Science
Thomas Edison. Charles Darwin. Both were members of the New York Academy of Science. One of the most venerable scientific organizations in the world, NYAS has 200 years of history and a collection of the most brilliant thinkers, ever. But even with this pedigree, the organization was having a tough time communicating what it was all about.
For NYAS's bicentennial celebration, we helped the organization rebrand itself as "the world's smartest network." Through our work, we unearthed rich stories of connection between prominent scientists, built a brand new visual identity that worked together as one integrated system, and helped NYAS convey a smarter, more connected story of its impact to the world.
